Refund policy
We trust you’ll love your order! But sometimes things happen… so here’s our refund policy.
If the order is refused or is undeliverable and returned to us by the carrier, the amount paid for the order is refunded. We cannot refund the amount paid for shipping. Only the amount paid for the products will be refunded to you.
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the products purchased you can contact us. We will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement order.We may require photos of the product. We do not accept returned product.
For products damaged during the shipping process, the entire amount of order, including shipping will be refunded. Additional proof of the damaged items must be shown, within 14 days of delivery, in order for a refund to be issued. For any problems of this nature, please send e-mail with order number along with any information regarding the damage done to info@goodnewsghee.com
We accept Cancelled orders if the order is cancelled before the shipment is sent. A full refund will be issued. However, if order is cancelled after shipment has been processed we cannot offer a refund.
