It has been impossible for us to find these iconic condiments without odd additives or low quality oils. So we made our own.
CHILI CRISP & CHILI OIL
Chili Crisp is fresh garlic and shallots caramelized in our golden ghee, and then blended with dried chilis, nutritional yeast, Celtic sea salt, pepper, and a touch of honey. Its got a crispy, crunchy texture that makes for a fabulous addition to ramen bowls, savory dishes, and dipping sauces. Available in a 9oz jar.
Chili Oil has all of the same ingredients as the crispy version but has been filtered so it is just the flavored ghee, without added texture. This stuff is strong, and is meant to be used in small amounts to add a bit of spice to a dish. This will balance out your stir fries, soups, casseroles, and marinades with spice and flavor. I could see this making an amazing hot wing sauce. Available in 9 and 2oz jars.
